Key Account Manager

Key Account Manager for a human-sized company, with an international influence, young and dynamic, active in the Data Intelligence sector, what if it was your next job?

Let me set the scene for you: 3 years ago, our client developed an innovative SaaS solution enabling retail companies to gather and analyse the data in a more simple, smart and efficient way in order to better develop their business.

This tremendous tech company is facing an accelerated growth in a fast-paced environment.

We know unicorns doesn't exist, we do not need a 28 years old candidate with already 15 years of experience, mastering 7 languages including Danish...

We are looking for someone smart, flexible, agile, resourceful, full of energy, who has sales in his/her blood and who wants to be part of this adventure and grow next to the CEO and technical founders and at the rhythm of the company.

But more practically, what will you do?

  • You guessed it, as a KAM you will firstly manage your accounts portfolio, which means:

- follow closely the account activity and make sure/help with the implementation of best practices for your customers.

- be in direct contact with C-Level clients,

- manage change linked to the implementation of a new technology and make sure it is a success,

- ensure your clients satisfaction and retention,

- develop a strong network with your customers and decision makers of the companies,

- understand clearly the specificity of your customers,

- collect their feedback to adjust and reshape the roadmap,

- handle contract re-negotiations,

  • And secondly, as the commercial right arm of the CEO, your mission will also be to develop the business (Benelux & France) and expand your existing portfolio with new clients. You will then:

- proactively find new clients,

- bring new ideas to always better the adoption of the tool and improve the client's satisfaction,

- contribute continually to the improvement of the processes, best practices and tools to develop the business,

- work closely with the R&D team to constantly enhance the tool's quality to better answer the needs of the customers as well as to identify new business opportunities.

And you, tell us who you are?

  • You are passionate about the business world, you have an entrepreneur mindset and you want to invest your energy into a fast growing company
  • You are interested in technology and data intelligence and you are able to make technical language accessible to all
  • You don't fear to take the lead and to come up with new ideas
  • You are resourceful, self-starter and dedicated
  • You are organized, structured and accurate
  • You have a real sense of customer service and you have excellent relational skills, you develop your network!

Does this sounds like you? And what about your skills?

  • You are bilingual FR/EN !!! Dutch is a plus, but not mandatory
  • You already have a first experience in Account Management
  • You are comfortable managing complex accounts involving different stakeholders (C-level, VP, Directors, to end users of the software)
  • You are comfortable evolving in an international and growing environment
  • You have a good knowledge of selling techniques and sales cycle
  • You have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
  • And for the business development part, you are an outstanding prospects hunter and sales is in your blood!
